About Us
The Environmental Technology & Management Association (ETMA) is the Saudi Arabian Section of the Air & Waste Management Association (SAS-A&WMA). In 1993, (SAS-A&WMA) was established as the first international section of the Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA) outside of North America.
In 2005, it was renamed as the Environmental Technology & Management Association (ETMA) to accommodate a wider scope of environmental fields. Currently ETMA has approximately 2,000 members. ETMA has an executive board composed of eight officers, in addition to the past-Chair. Board members serve 3-year terms of office and meet regularly to handle section business.

To be the leading technical platform for environmental knowledge exchange in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
Aim
To protect the environment through technology exchange, professional development, networking opportunities, public education and outreach events.
To promote environmental technology and knowledge exchange, enhance environmental professional development for industry and create networking opportunities.
